Now Hiring - Senior Sales Manager in Duarte, CA

Cosmo Promos, a 30+ year supplier in the Promotional Products industry, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to help fuel our next chapter of aggressive growth. Primary responsibilities will be to manage and grow an established seven-figure Sales Territory as well as collaborate with the Director of Sales in devising and implementing sales strategies across the sales team. 5+ years of sales experience in the Promotional Products industry is strongly preferred.

Specific responsibilities include:

· Collaborating with the Director of Sales on executing strategic initiatives and team management

· Fostering relationships with existing customers in Sales Territory

· Driving new business through attending regional and national tradeshows, client meetings, office presentations, creative outreach, etc.

· Managing Multi-Line Rep relationship for the Sales Territory

· Handling all inbound sales calls for the Sales Territory

· Proving price quotes and fielding sample requests

· Diligently following up on correspondences, quotations, samples, etc.

· Assisting the Director of Sales on key national accounts and industry buying groups

· Self-implemented tools and tactics for task prioritization, organization, and time management

· Ability to learn and anticipate customer needs to drive incremental business

· Ability to travel when needed

· Ability to learn and use computer system

· Ability to learn the promotional products industry pricing, terms and structure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Promotional Products industry: 2 years (Preferred)
• sales: 5 years (Required)
